2011 Baseline testing begins this week!

Our first testing sessions of the season are being done this week for the upcoming year! Today we set down our first standard of strength testing. Our strength testing protocol has changed from what we have done in the past. All regions of the US are now adopting a protocol that the Canadian team has used for many years. The test is a continuous effort between each exercise with one minute of recovery between each. The order of exercises is pull ups, sit ups, push ups, box jumps, and dips. Each exercise is done for one minute to max with a minute of recovery between each set. A total score is achieved by adding the repetitions with the pull ups getting a value of three times the effort.
