Our first camp of the season has begun! This camp will run from June 10th to June 17th. All our camps are designed with a “Plan to Progress” theme, so while they are about quality, high volume training, we also track and follow the fitness and technique progression of each athlete during the season. The ratio of coach to athlete is 1:4. Individual attention and coaching relationships are top priority at our camps. Each athlete is working with a coach and a club, on a full time basis, for planning and coaching and attend our 4 camps for a variety in training opportunities, a social training environment, and progression tracking.
