Bounding and Summer Clothing

This morning started with strength and temperatures that didn’t get above 80°! Period 4 has just begun so we will be switching up strength soon. Currently, we are doing max strength two days a week. During period 4, strength will be three days a week with focus on higher reps and velocity.

The afternoon consisted of an hour and thirty minute hill bounding session on the Birkie Trail. August is planned as a high volume, high intensity month so we will be doing more and more hill bounding. Personally, bounding is one of my favorite workouts!
