Midwest OJ girls in the “A” final

Collegiate Summer Programming:

College athlete programming for the summer will work as follows. Tuesday and Wednesday sessions at 3:30pm, Friday morning at 7:30am and morning strength sessions on Tuesday and Thursdays at 7:00am.

Again for the 2013-2014 season we have an option for summer residency for the college athlete. College residency is for the athlete that is looking to have everything this summer. We will provide housing, a training group, a job, and individual coaching/plans. Everything is coordinated together so that your work schedule and training schedule mesh together. You will work no more than 15-24 hours per week. Our jobs are designed to pay for the programming and put additional funds into your pocket for the school year. The residency group will be no more than 6 athletes to accommodate for individual attention and progression.

“Fast Performance Training is ideal for a college athlete. It combines excellent personal coaching with a strong group of athletes. You not only focus on training hard, but also on living healthy and balancing life with skiing. I grew as an athlete and a person.” Paige Schember, 2012 Junior National Sprint Champion

College Summer Residency Cost 2012-13: $1200.00, 35 sessions May 15-Aug. 15; College coaching without residency is $480.00 for the same time period.
